Dive Insight:
Weiler Convenience Stores Rewards Program includes buy-five-get-one-free offers for a variety of coffee and iced coffee sizes, as well as certain car wash tokens. The buy-10-get-one-free offers include wraps, pizzas and subs, and are only available at the company’s East Fifth Street location.
Points earned can be used for discounts in store or at the pump, with three redemption levels. At 250 points, customers get $2.50 off in store or 10 cents off per gallon at the pump. At 500 points, that goes to $5 or 20 cents per gallon, and for 1,000 points they get $10 off or a 40-cent discount.
In all, Weiler offers more than a dozen product giveaways for shoppers once they reach certain purchase thresholds.
Customers can sign up in stores or on the c-store’s mobile app. The app also allows customers to track their points and progress on the various clubs, as well as accessing special offers and sending feedback to Weiler’s.
“We believe this program will add significant value to their visits and allow us to show our appreciation for their continued support,” said Wayne and Kelly Weiler, owners of Weiler Convenience Stores, in the release.
Loyalty has been getting increasing attention lately, as companies like Kum & Go and Circle K have unveiled updates, changes and expansions to the rewards they offer members.
All three Weiler’s Convenience Store locations are in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The family-owned business was founded in 1990 and also includes Weiler Transportation, which delivers items like fuel and motor oil.
