- White Bison Coffee, a subsidiary of convenience and fuel operator Tri Star Energy, is rolling out its limited-time fall flavors menu at its shops across middle Tennessee and northern Alabama, according to a Tuesday press release.
- The coffee shops, many of which are located inside Twice Daily convenience stores, have not only added a number of pumpkin-flavored hot and cold drinks, but also several waffle-based dishes.
- Tri Star joins several c-store retailers offering customers their pumpkin-flavor fix this Fall. This comes just a few weeks after the company launched its fresh food program across its Twice Daily store network.

The LTO drinks at White Bison Coffee include a hot or iced pumpkin spice latte, iced pumpkin sweet foam cold brew, cream- or coffee-based pumpkin spice frappe and a pumpkin spice chai cream frappe.
Additionally, the three new waffle sandwiches include the white chicken waffle; the sausage, egg and cheddar waffle; and the Monte Cristo waffle. Twice Daily and White Bison rewards members can get a drip coffee for $1 when they buy a waffle sandwich through Nov. 20.
White Bison has also introduced its sweet foam, which “slowly settles into the drink for a perfect blend of coffee with light cream and mellow sweetness,” according to the announcement.
While White Bison Coffee continues to update its menu, Twice Daily has been working on its own made-to-order foodservice options such as sandwiches, burgers, empanadas and breakfast items. Twice Daily’s new foodservice program is already live at select stores and is expected to debut in all locations this fall.
Founded in 2000, Nashville, Tennessee-based Tri Star Energy owns and operates over 200 c-stores and supplies fuel to wholesale trade channels in 17 states. Besides Twice Daily, its c-store banners include Sudden Service, Southern Traders, Little General and Maverick Quick Shop. The retailer also owns 20 White Bison Coffee shops throughout Tennessee and Alabama.
