Nouria debuted its inaugural bakery program at its new truck stop and convenience store in Raymond, New Hampshire last month, according to a company announcement.
Nouria’s Kitchen Bakery offers freshly made daily donuts along with products like muffins, cinnamon rolls and cookies, according to a company Facebook post.
Besides the bakery, the site includes Nouria’s Kitchen foodservice program along with a Krispy Krunchy Chicken QSR. The full menu includes Krispy Krunchy’s fried chicken and shrimp as well as a variety of breakfast sandwiches, burgers, pizza and sides like mashed potatoes, jambalaya and red beans and rice. There’s indoor and outdoor seating at the location, along with a drive-thru.
For professional drivers, the Raymond store also includes amenities like truck parking, showers and truck accessories.
Nouria’s increased focus on foodservice comes as the company, which operates over 170 stores in New England, is in the process of doubling its footprint via the acquisition of Enmarket. The acquisition is set to add 132 convenience stores and 26 car washes across Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, introducing Nouria to an entirely new part of the country.
Representatives from Nouria could not be reached by press time to provide more details of the program and say if the company expects to expand it.
