Majors Management has named Paul Titley as its new vice president of mergers and integration, according to a LinkedIn post from Titley.
Titley first joined Majors in November 2023 as VP of retail operations — a role he held until this promotion, which occurred at the start of this month, according to his LinkedIn bio.
Before that, he worked for nearly a decade for MAPCO Express, a convenience retailer that Majors bought in 2023, starting as a district manager for the company in 2014. He worked his way up through a series of manager and director roles, ending as director of operations.
M&A has been a priority in recent years for Majors, which has purchased hundreds of c-stores through several deals since 2022. Titley takes over as VP of mergers and integration about two years after not only the 200-store MAPCO acquisition, but a run of smaller deals as well. The company’s most recent acquisition was of four locations from McNeill Oil in February.
Majors has focused more on its operations in recent months. It hired Billy Colemire from Stinker Stores as its senior director of fresh food, dispensed beverage and loyalty last month, and added features to MAPCO’s loyalty program in November.
Majors did not reply to requests for comment on the move by press time.
