LV Petroleum, a Las Vegas-based Travel center operator, has appointed three new executives to its leadership team, the company announced on Friday.
Monica Androsko was promoted to vice president of brand, mobility and risk, a role in which she will “ drive operational efficiency, support growth and strengthen organizational performance,” according to the announcement.
Before joining LV Petroleum, Androsko spent 23 years at TravelCenters of America, including working as TA’s director of franchising, and oversaw the growth of TA’s network from 22 to 125 locations, according to the press release.
Lisa Stipanovich has been promoted to senior marketing director after joining the company as marketing director earlier this year, according to her LinkedIn profile. Before that, she spent more than four years as marketing communications manager with TravelCenters of America and 19 years in a variety of roles with greeting card and party goods company American Greetings.
Stipanovich will lead omnichannel strategies across all of LV Petroleum’s more than 80 travel centers, 180 quick-service restaurants and 30 convenience stores, as well as oversee the upcoming launch of the company’s mobile app.
Stace Benu has joined LV Petroleum as chief talent officer, and is responsible for recruitment and talent development in both corporate and operational positions.
She joins LV Petroleum from leadership search firm Executive Leadership Solutions, where she was most recently chief placement officer, according to her LinkedIn bio. She also worked for almost nine years at regional c-store chain MAPCO, including as senior manager of talent. In that role, she provided consultation to the C-suite on topics like talent strategy and acquisition, industry trends, employee relations and compensation trends.
These leadership moves come shortly after LV Petroleum announced its new CEO. Former Chief Operating Officer Kris Roach took over the lead role from co-founder Guy Madmon in April. The company will distribute COO duties across the organization, a spokesperson said.
