D&H United, a leading U.S. supplier of petroleum fueling and EV charging services, announced last week it has acquired Show Me Petroleum Equipment for an undisclosed amount.
Springfield, Missouri-based Show Me Petroleum Equipment offers fuel system installation, tank monitoring, point of sale systems, testing and upgrade services in the southwest Missouri region, according to its website.
"This acquisition is a testament to our commitment to expanding our reach to better serve our customer base," said Tracy Long, D&H United CEO.
D&H United expects Show Me Petroleum Equipment’s capabilities to easily integrate with its broader operations and allow the combined company to offer several services in southwest Missouri. D&H currently has locations across the continental U.S., with most of its 35 branch offices concentrated in the southern and central part of the country, including multiple sites in Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma.
The addition of Show Me gives D&H two locations in Missouri, according to its website. The combined organizations plan to move into a new, larger facility, the announcement said.
This acquisition is D&H’s fifth since it was bought by private equity firm Wind Point in September 2022. It also picked up underground storage tank testing services company Precision Tank Services in March; environmental compliance testing, inspection and fuel quality solutions company Tanknology in July 2023; Double Check, which provides maintenance, distribution and installation services for retail fueling systems and car washes, in December 2022; and Petroleum Service & Calibration, a compliance testing, inspection, water removal, and site services provider, also in December 2022.
